Accounts Associate
An enthusiastic individual looking to start a fulfilling career in accountancy. To study towards an accountancy qualification whilst working within an established company:
To aid and support the Pensions Accounts Department, duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assisting with preparation of pension accounts, inputting details into accountancy software
Assisting with bookkeeping for pension structures
Assisting with preparation of VAT returns for pension structures
Assisting directors with various tasks
Administration tasks
Reporting To:
Pensions Accounts Manager
Qualifications Required:
Preferably good A Levels or equivalent but are open to at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade B or above
Experience:
Microsoft Office
Work experience
Public interaction/Customer Service
Training:
External and internal training will be provided and encouraged, with the prospect to gain an accounting qualification e.g. ACCA or ACA
Skills:
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Able to work on their own initiative
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
