Job Description


Reporting to the Client Services Manager, in this role you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities to provide administrative support for our client Independent Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities include

As a Client Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • To provide effective assistance and support to the IFA Team
  • Arranging & preparing documentation for both ‘Private’ and ‘Corporate’ clients
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with client queries
  • Building relationships with clients & HR contacts
  • Providing professional reception cover duties where required
  • Dealing and processing all general enquiries via email or mail
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the business

  • Previous knowledge on Group or Individual Personal Pensions is beneficial but not necessary
  • IT knowledge: Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel preferable)

Qualifications and Experience


  • Competent with the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills


  • At least 2 years Financial Service Administrating experience
  • No minimum requirement for qualifications, although working towards, or achieving Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable

Salary: £19,000 to 22,000 Per Year
