Purpose
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, in this role you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities to provide administrative support for our client Independent Financial Advisers.
Key Responsibilities include
As a Client Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- To provide effective assistance and support to the IFA Team
- Arranging & preparing documentation for both ‘Private’ and ‘Corporate’ clients
- Answering phone calls and dealing with client queries
- Building relationships with clients & HR contacts
- Providing professional reception cover duties where required
- Dealing and processing all general enquiries via email or mail
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the business

- Previous knowledge on Group or Individual Personal Pensions is beneficial but not necessary
- IT knowledge: Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel preferable)
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Competent with the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Desirable
- At least 2 years Financial Service Administrating experience
- No minimum requirement for qualifications, although working towards, or achieving Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable
