Job Description
As a Client Services Administrator, you will provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the Managers and the client services team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Opening and administering bank/investment accounts
- Drafting agreements and deeds
- Drafting minutes
- Inputting payments
- Communication with clients and intermediaries
- Assisting in the administration of trust and company clients
- Aid senior members of the Client Services team
Reporting To:
Client Services Managers
Qualifications Required:
5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
Experience:
- At least 18 months in a TCSP administration environment
- A good level of knowledge with Microsoft Office
- CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
Training:
External and internal training will be provided and encouraged

Hours:
37.5 hours per week
