COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Job Summary:

The role holder will be part of the Compliance Team who are responsible

for providing regulatory compliance assistance, advice and support to all

parts of the Group, which includes a Trust and Corporate Service Provider,

Pension, Accountancy, Audit, Advisory and Payroll companies.

A methodical individual to assist and support the Compliance Department

with regulatory compliance tasks. Duties include but are not limited to the

following:

• Reviewing new business, client due diligence and periodic client

reviews received from the administration teams to ensure they meet

internal standards and regulatory requirements

• Providing risk based due diligence, new client and periodic client

review advice and support

• Reviewing and matching potential screening hits that have been

referred to the Compliance Team

• Ensuring jurisdictional lists are kept up to date

• Ensuring knowledge of AML/CFT is always up-to-date with recent

developments and changes to legislation

• Maintenance of departmental control spreadsheets

• Assisting with the maintenance of regulatory registers

• Supporting the development, delivery and reporting of the

compliance monitoring programme

Any other duties that may be required, from time to time, to support the

business.

Reporting To:

Compliance Managers

Qualifications Required:

5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

Experience:

It is essential that the role holder has at least 3 years’ experience working in

a due diligence environment with individuals, corporate and legal entities

Training:

You will be supported and encouraged to undertake various internal and

external courses. All courses and exam fees will be paid for by the

Company for first attempts only and study leave is provided

Hours:
