Job Description

Role: Compliance Manager

Salary: £60,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our Trust company

based in the Isle of Man. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the

company complies with all relevant laws and regulations related to trust and company

administration.

Key Responsibilities:

★ Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures that meet regulatory

requirements and industry best practices

★ Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and manage compliance risks within the

organisation

★ Provide guidance and advice to senior management and staff on compliance matters

★ Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that staff are aware of their compliance

obligations

★ Monitor changes to legislation and regulatory requirements and ensure that the company

is informed and prepared for any changes

★ Work closely with external auditors to ensure that compliance requirements are met

★ Manage the company’s compliance monitoring program and report on any compliance

breaches or deficiencies

★ Ensure that appropriate record-keeping and reporting procedures are in place

★ Work with the company’s legal team to manage any legal or regulatory disputes or

investigations

Requirements:

● Professional compliance qualification, such as ICA or ICSA

● At least 5 years of experience working in a compliance role within the financial services

industry, with specific experience in trust and company administration

● Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to trust and company

administration in the Isle of Man

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong

relationships with internal and external stakeholders

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and solve problems

● Attention to detail and accuracy

● Strong project management skills

Specifications

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a CSP or similar industry

· Must have professional qualification or currently working towards

· Excellent understanding of the regulatory expectations

· Previous experience managing a team

· Appraisals, mentoring, training and development of staff members

· Full time position

· Salary around £60K
