Overview

• Preparation of regulatory returns

• Review of potential new business and make recommendations on the same

• Research new / updated relevant regulation and provide recommendations on the

same

• Draft / update policies and procedures

• Coordinate Compliance Monitoring Program

• Provide support to other departments on compliance / due diligence / AML matters

• Provide assistance to Head of Group Compliance on projects as they arise

• Assist in management and development of junior team members

• Assist in training junior members of the Compliance Team

• Assist with preparation of regular compliance meetings

• Perform internal audit of AML/CFT and regulatory procedures / controls

Short-term achievables

• Take responsibility for junior team member management

• Act as MLRO on regulated client companies with support from others undertaking

that function

• Deliver AML/CFT training to regulated client company staff

• Prepare content and attend regular compliance meetings

• Join Group Risk Committee

Longer term achievables

responsibility for that function, reporting to the Head of Group Compliance

• Act as DMLRO for the client (Isle of Man)
