Job Specification

• To submit applications to the Companies Registry for name approval and reserve names.

• To arrange the incorporation of companies and the establishment of trusts.

• To prepare and/or obtain, Certificates of Good Standing, Certificates of Incumbency, certified and/or legalised documents, additional resolutions and any other documentation requested by clients.

• Attend to the preparation and filing of Annual Returns

• Attend to the timeous filing of Annual Returns

• To attend to the appointment and resignation of officers, allotment and transfer of shares, issue of share certificates, changes of company names, alteration of share capital and/or Memorandum and Articles of Association.

• Preparation of basic Trust Deeds and supplementary deeds

• To attend to the termination of trusts and the liquidation and dissolution of companies

• To review all contracts and agreements for signature and be able to provide a summary of its content to the signing director(s) or trustee, together with the appropriate minute.

• To follow the correct procedure and arrange for the proper closure trusts and companies

• To arrange company searches.

• To ensure that company statutory records are up to date.

• To develop and maintain knowledge of the corporate products, services and fees offered by Our client.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role

• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all colleagues.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

• High level of customer service with the ability to develop relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

• IT literate – able to effectively utilise our client’s IT systems, including Microsoft Office, our internal time management and billing system, their company secretarial system.

• Highly organised with attention to detail.

Knowledge/Qualifications

• Legal, ICSA or STEP Qualifications.
