Customer Service Administrator
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients at a life assurance firm based in the Isle of Man. They will manage a variety of tasks and be a key point of contact for clients, working closely with the sales and underwriting teams.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
Process client policy applications, payments, and other transactions.
Coordinate with underwriting and sales teams to ensure timely processing of client applications and policy requests.
Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotations, producing client reports, and managing client data.
Manage and maintain accurate client records and policy information in the company’s database.
Assist with the preparation of client communications, including letters and newsletters.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry, preferably in life assurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with life assurance products and terminology is preferred.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working for a life assurance firm in the Isle of Man, the successful candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and hold any necessary work permits or visas.
