The client is seeking a Document Management Administrator to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for the backfill of scanning as we move to Laserfiche, filing and
management of offsite files. This is a great opportunity for an A Level leaver looking to start a
career in document management.

Filing and management of offsite files.
Ensure documents are filed correctly and can be retrieved efficiently.
Ensure documents are stored securely and confidentially.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
A Level leaver or equivalent qualification.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
