Job Description

A permanent position has arisen for senior role in our client’s business as

Head of Corporate Office – Douglas (Isle of Man)

The role, which reports to the Group Operations Director and with a dotted

line to the MD and CE, would suit an individual with extensive experience,

good problem solving and analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

Working as part of a small team, the successful applicant will sit on TIC and

CAB and would be supported by a small team in undertaking leadership of

the Corporate Office, having oversight of research projects and oversight of

M&A.

The main responsibilities for the role holder will include:

• Research & Analysis of Acquisition and Market opportunities

• Preparation of Board presentations and Business Cases

• Preparation of Annual Business Plans

• Preparation of Annual Strategic documents

• Coordination of annual planning/strategy event

• Support to CEO and MD on acquisition/investment opportunities

• Coordination with Executive of planning and implementation of

change

• Leadership of corporate transformation programmes.

To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful

candidate should have the following skills:

• Ideally qualified in a recognised professional area such as

Accountancy, Actuarial, MBA or equivalent financially literate

disciplines

• Be able to demonstrate exception written and verbal communication

skills

• Be able to demonstrate exceptional understanding and capability of

analysing data, financial information, company profile, industry

information and country information

• Be comfortable working at Board level and in areas requiring

complete discretion

• Have experience of having undertaken high profile change activities

• Be comfortable working in a highly pace and fluid work environment

working on multiple activities simultaneously.

Salary: £65,000 to 71,000 Per Year
