Requirements

A talented trouble shooter to work with colleagues to fix problems and provide solutions across a vast arrange of computer programs, technology and systems

Experience in Microsoft Office, Laserfiche, Windows Server, SQL Server, Networking Fundamentals

Knowledge of programming language would be ideal

BTEC or Diploma in Technology

Responsibilities

Provision of first level technical support for queries relating to internal computer systems, hardware and software

Installation and maintenance of various systems

Provision of support to networking issues and internet

To support and assist with managing various products which are fundamental to the smooth running of our practice
