Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver the agreed internal marketing and comms plan across the global business.
  • Co-ordinate the global livestream event, MD updates and other office communication events
  • In conjunction with the agreed content calendar, take the lead in writing articles and updates for our client’s intranet and our client’s internal newsletter.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with global CSR activity and initiatives and related ESG reporting
  • Support the Marketing Manager with the delivery of the Comms Champion programme and monthly calls
  • Support the Marketing Manager and HR to deliver marketing activity for the Academy, employee engagement and well-being projects
  • Support with the management of the marketing material library and ensure marketing materials are regularly updated and brand checked
  • Support the Global Head of Marketing to produce content for the external and commercial comms plans when required

Skills and Requirements:

  • A good understanding of marketing and communications
  • Funds, corporate and private wealth knowledge would be an advantage
  • A strong ability to write clearly and effectively 
  • Experience of managing events
  • Experience in using social media, content management systems and design software
  • Experience of working with agencies and event suppliers
  • Keen aesthetic eye for all things ‘brand’
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build key working relationships at all levels

Salary: £31,025 to 39,000 Per Year
