Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver the agreed internal marketing and comms plan across the global business.
- Co-ordinate the global livestream event, MD updates and other office communication events
- In conjunction with the agreed content calendar, take the lead in writing articles and updates for our client’s intranet and our client’s internal newsletter.
- Support the Marketing Manager with global CSR activity and initiatives and related ESG reporting
- Support the Marketing Manager with the delivery of the Comms Champion programme and monthly calls
- Support the Marketing Manager and HR to deliver marketing activity for the Academy, employee engagement and well-being projects
- Support with the management of the marketing material library and ensure marketing materials are regularly updated and brand checked
- Support the Global Head of Marketing to produce content for the external and commercial comms plans when required
Skills and Requirements:
- A good understanding of marketing and communications
- Funds, corporate and private wealth knowledge would be an advantage
- A strong ability to write clearly and effectively
- Experience of managing events
- Experience in using social media, content management systems and design software
- Experience of working with agencies and event suppliers
- Keen aesthetic eye for all things ‘brand’
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build key working relationships at all levels
