Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, tenacious and diligent Office Facilities Coordinator who is aligned to their ethos and values. You will lead relationships with a range of suppliers to ensure their staff have a safe, clean, and secure office to enjoy.

What you’ll do:

  • Take overall accountability for office management of all Isle of Man sites and liaise with internal stakeholders and various contractors
  • Direct, co-ordinate and plan essential building services and maintenance
  • Be responsible for the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, including liaison with service providers, invoice processing, budget management, ad-hoc catering, archiving and general administrative support
  • Purchase miscellaneous items for the office
  • Plan and facilitate team and/or desk moves
  • Organise and manage office refurbishments
  • Manage the onsite Electric Vehicle Charging Pod Points
  • Be responsible for contractors when in the building
  • Ad-hoc on call for building issues and overseeing contract work conducted out of normal working hours

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience of working within a facilities or building maintenance environment
  • Ambition and a desire to get stuck in
  • Have a positive manner
  • Great communication skills, able to provide information in a clear manner
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ideally have a sense of modern office gadgets and applications
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to use own initiative, organise and manage own workload to meet priorities with minimum supervision

Salary: £26,000 to 36,000 Per Year
