Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Professional Services Engineer – Modern Workplace in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man working 37.5 hours.

The successful applicant will be required to provide engineering and sales support while being accountable for customer satisfaction within the client base for Sure Enterprise Business. You will be implementing and supporting customers in their Modern Workplace journey.

Candidates will portray their Company values, and must have 3-7 years experience in a similar role managing Modern Workplace technologies and solutions. 

In addition, applications will have experience in the following:

• Microsoft 365, Windows 10 /11 (incl. WVD/VDI), Intune/SCCM, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), SharePoint, Teams,
• Microsoft/Office 365 Security – Azure ATP, DLP, AIP, Windows Defender ATP
• Azure AD, Azure AD PIM
• Group Policy, Exchange, Windows Server OS, Windows desktops.
• Knowledge of Networking: DNS, DHCP, IP Subnetting.
• Hands on experience with Wired and Wireless networking.

Please note the successful applicant will be required to join a callout rota in order to provide out of hours cover that includes nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
