We are looking for a high-performing, passionate and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team! The successful candidate will be responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating costs for selling products and services.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.

  • Working with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

  • Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.

  • Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.

  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.

  • Effectively communicating sales goals and ensuring that C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.

  • Reporting on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.

  • Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.

  • Establishing a sales training program to train new sales representatives.

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure efficiency.

  • Staying up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.


  • Previous experience in a similar role and proved records of successful deals closed.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.

  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.

  • Team player with exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills.

  • Native level or professional fluency in verbal and written English. Knowledge of German, Swedish or Dutch would be considered an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.


Salary: £100,000 Per Year
