Senior Analyst
Isle of Man
As a Senior Analyst, you will be working with the Operations teams
providing support to the Private Bank segments. You will be responsible for sharing
and applying extensive and comprehensive knowledge of complex processes to
Relationship Managers, Clients, Colleagues and Projects, they will need to issue
resolutions, deal with 3rd party vendors and when required be responsible for
checking colleagues work, conducting “4 eyes” checking and confirming signing off.

What will you be doing?
• Ensuring policy and procedure standards are applied to all aspects of any activity
they are involved in
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all activities
• Driving consistency by ensuring policies and procedures are being applied across
all activities
• Completing various data analysis on complaints and queries
• Ensuring all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory
requirements
• Taking personal responsibility for building the team working ethos

• Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage colleagues at differing levels
within the organization
• Broad knowledge of Operations departments
• Excellent attention to detail and be able to identify and help with process
improvements
• Proven ability to identify, monitor and control risk within the department

• Excellent Technical skills and KYC knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills
• Confident using your influencing skills when required
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
