Overview
Assisting in the management of a portfolio of Trusts and
Companies
• Upkeep of corporate records for all companies and trusts
• Preparation of minutes and resolutions and other statutory
documents
• Regular corporate updates to various business stakeholders
• Company secretarial / corporate governance related projects
• Assisting with payments (typically using online banking)
• Assisting the Trust Manager with additional tasks as and when
required
• Following up and completion of outstanding items identified
from admin reviews of trust and company records
• Meet & greet visitors to office such as clients, advisors or third
parties and at time participation in meetings
• Answering the telephone and being the initial point of contact
for telephone enquiries
