They currently have a position available as a senior administrator. The senior administrator is an integral member of our client’s administration team, who reports to the Admin Manager / Assistant Manager. The senior administrator will oversee a portfolio of complex and high net worth clients including full responsibility for complex transactions from the initial decision making and recording of decisions, to full implementation and finishing the task in an efficient and timely manner. The senior administrator will also have responsibility for mentoring junior members of staff and leading by example in all aspects of their daily role, including statutory work and personal time-recording.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients’ industries, challenges, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive client growth and retention.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • The successful candidate will have:
  • A levels
  • STEP or ICSA qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience of which the majority is in administering complex structures.
  • At least 3 years client facing experience
  • Energetic and self-driven personality that thrives on contributing to a greater goal and strategic direction
  • Experience in a multi-family office environment will be an advantage

Salary: £54,000 to 58,000 Per Year
