JOB REQUIREMENTS

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain close partnerships with the business
• Act as a coach and mentor to employees
• Support teams/individuals to create bespoke development plans
• Co-ordination of our inhouse mentor/coaching programme
• Partner with Operations and Experience team to ensure development of talent, identifying development needs
• Manage the global induction program
• Develop, design and implement a global graduate scheme to meet the organisational needs
• Source and implement an appropriate psychometric framework
• Define organisational and individual career pathways
• Source and engage external training partners to meet the organizational training needs
• Drive participation in training and development initiatives
