JOB REQUIREMENTS
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain close partnerships with the business
- Act as a coach and mentor to employees
- Support teams/individuals to create bespoke development plans
- Co-ordination of our inhouse mentor/coaching programme
- Partner with Operations and Experience team to ensure development of talent, identifying development needs
- Manage the global induction program
- Develop, design and implement a global graduate scheme to meet the organisational needs
- Source and implement an appropriate psychometric framework
- Define organisational and individual career pathways
- Source and engage external training partners to meet the organizational training needs
- Drive participation in training and development initiatives
