About the Role
We are looking for an Audit Director to join the Board of the audit department. We require a candidate that can demonstrate excellence in people management skills, overseeing projects and leading business development activities.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Client advisory
Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients
Building team capability
Contribute to resource planning
Review of audit files
identify development needs within the team and provide coaching and mentoring
Liaising directly with clients
attract, develop and retain our most talented colleagues
Requirements
