Client Services Manager

Job Description

Our client is an exciting leading independent provider of corporate trust fund administration services with a fantastic company culture. With over 25 offices globally ? (in the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and America!) ✈️

What you need?

  • Close to 10 Years in Client Service Experience
  • Appropriate Industry Qualification
  • Microsoft Office Literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dependable and attentive to detail
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks
  • Able to meet deadlines when necessary
  • A great character with engaging, warm interpersonal skills

What will you do?

An overview – Your responsibility will oversee the management of your team’s portfolio of a varied group of high net worth clients. You will ensure stella client service, whilst supporting, mentoring and developing your team.

Commercial Managerment

  • Review client relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Review quarterly billing
  • Review debtors and liaise with finance to ensure collection

Staff Management

  • Daily team management
  • Provide mentoring, training to your team members
  • Team appraisals and manage colleague aspirations
  • Ensure team members continue their professional development

Client Services Management

  • Monitor and manage the team’s key performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure completion from client entity reviews
  • Review accounts as required with the client services director
  • Ensure tax filings and reporting are completed 
  • Ongoing Liaison with directors regarding client matters
  • Attend relevant business meetings

Admin

  • Oversee daily High Net Worth clients
  • Attend board meetings
  • Client meetings
  • Verbal and written communication with banks brokers and advisers
  • If required, travel for clients! ✈️

General

  • Act as B signatory
  • Delivery of high level client service
  • Understand anti-money laundering issues.
