IT SERVICE DESK TEAM LEADER
This role requires the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues within and beyond IT Services, in order to ensure that a consistent, high quality service is delivered by the Service Desk. This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a broad range of IT knowledge.
2nd Line Engineer
The successful candidate will be required to work as a member of the Technical Team and assume daily responsibility for our core services and systems as well as the client’s core network infrastructure.
Software Developer
The Software Developer provides hands-on development and managing of requirements gathering, designing, planning, developing and implementing custom software applications and solutions.
Systems Engineer
Working as part of the Technical Team the successful applicant will be expected to take day to day responsibility for the clients Core Network Infrastructure, together with the support, maintenance and delivery of our Core Services and Systems.
